Prashant is a senior finance professional and a qualified Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 16 years of experience. Most of his experience in Dubai involves providing landscaping solutions as CFO to a reputed local business group. During his tenure as CFO, Prashant has successfully demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing various departments with direct access to Board of Directors. He was deeply involved in financial and legal due diligence with global names including Big 4 accounting firms. Prashant has been involved in various strategic matters including preparation, presentation and valuation of the business with a large global investment bank. He has successfully founded and managed a Securities & Commodities Authority regulated financial advisory services firm in Dubai in 2014.
