About Us
“CHATURVEDI & ASSOCIATES LLP” is a firm of chartered accountants providing audit, tax, advisory and consulting services to businesses across India and the UAE with specialization in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI), leveraging on the collective industry experience of its associates. We combine financial expertise with practical business understanding to help clients navigate complex financial, regulatory and operational requirements.
Our experience spans Banking & Financial Services and other business sectors, with capabilities across audit and assurance, taxation, risk and compliance, technology and management advisory. We work closely with our clients to deliver solutions that are practical, relevant and aligned with their business needs.
The firm is a regulated entity by the home regulator “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” (ICAI) constituted under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. The firm holds a valid Firm Registration Number (FRN) and the partners hold valid Certificates of Practice issued by ICAI under the extant regulations. The Head Office and Branch Office of the firm are registered with the ICAI. On 18 August 2026, CHATURVEDI & ASSOCIATES transitioned from a partnership firm to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), marking an important milestone in our journey.
The firm holds a valid professional auditing license from the Government of Dubai enabling the firm to provide its services from Dubai branch.
The firm operates within the legal and regulatory framework in respective jurisdictions and believes in observing high level of professional standards, integrity, independence and conduct. The firm is also holding its registrations under the Income Tax and Goods & Services Tax in India.
Establishment
The firm was established in 2009 by CA. Lokesh CHATURVEDI, an eminent chartered accountant with having about 28 years of post-qualification experience (since 1998), of which more than 20 years were invested in Banking, Insurance & Financial Services in senior positions and the remaining in professional practice.
Further, the firm has several professional associates i.e., experts on its panel from the Banking & Financial Services Industry with significant and rich experience.
The firm has an expertise over complex technical matters and challenges faced by industry and is capable of providing pragmatic solutions to its clients. The firm has a strong network with the industry associations and forums and is able to diagnose the current and upcoming trends, risks, opportunities, challenges. The management of the firm has contributed to several industry wide policy making issues with the regulators, quasi-regulatory bodies and Government Authorities.
