About The Firm

Overview

CHATURVEDI & ASSOCIATES (hereinafter also referred to as C&A or the Firm), is a firm of chartered accountants providing professional services specializing in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) by leveraging on the collective industry experience of its associates.

The firm is a regulated entity by the home regulator “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” (ICAI) constituted under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. The firm holds a valid Firm Registration Number (FRN) and the partners hold valid Certificates of Practice issued by ICAI under the extant regulations. The Head Office and Branch Office of the firm are registered with the ICAI.

The firm holds a valid professional auditing license from the Government of Dubai enabling the firm to provide its services from Dubai branch.

The firm operates within the legal and regulatory framework in respective jurisdictions and believes in observing high level of professional standards, integrity, independence and conduct. The firm is also holding its registrations under the Income Tax and Goods & Services Tax in India.
